Is there a warranty?

We make sure that the items are free of defects and checked before shipping. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from the rare event where a faulty item makes it past our quality control process.

I changed my mind. Can I change the color/size of my order?

As long as your order is still in production, we can adjust the color or size of your order. However, once it gets shipped out, we will no longer be able to accommodate this request.

Can I add another item to my existing order to save on shipping?

As long as your order has not been fulfilled yet, this is possible. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to help.

I received my order but it doesn’t fit me well. What should I do?

Reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days from receipt of the order and we’ll be more than happy to send you the correct size.

I’m trying to get a discount using an affiliate code but it doesn’t work.

Can I request for an alteration/custom measurement?

Sorry, we do not accept special/custom orders at the moment.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead from $25 - $1,000.
