We now ship all orders direct from our US warehouse!

We are often able to process and ship your order the day it's received, but sometimes it can take between 3-5 business days for regular orders, and up to 10 business days during big launches and sales. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

We are proud to offer FREE and Easy Returns within 14 days of delivery for all US customers who select Re:Do Return Assurance at checkout. 

International customers are also able to make easy, self-serve returns through our online portal, but will be liable for return shipping.

Please note, that all items marked down 30% and higher are considered final-sale and will not be elligible for return/exchange.

What is your return policy?
